What hidden behind that mask of truth is a fact we can never see

Speak of human hearts, they hold the unthinkable stories. What they had been through. How a cheerful person could be the most scarred. And how the kindnest can be the most evil. Everything doesn't make sense anymore.

But what I want to highlight is that, you can't guess someone's personality just by how they speak to you. Because you can never know, what they hold from telling you.
